Free shipping on US orders over $50
We ship UPS unless told otherwise. US orders under $50, add $4.50. Decals only, $1.00.
Books only, USPS book rate for $3.00. If we have to make additional shipments due to
stock-outs, you will not be charged additional shipping.
Free shipping on Canadian orders over $100; overseas orders shipped at cost.
For foreign orders, all payment must be in US funds. Shipping prices are as listed.
(All shipments should pay GST only.) For overseas orders, we ship by
US Mail, surface or First Class parcel if possible, and only charge actual cost of
postage, insurance or airmail, whichever you specify.

Returns
Any defective item is returnable within 10 days. All other returns are at our
discretion; we bend over backwards to be fair.
Special Order service
We take great pride in our ability to obtain hard-to-find stuff for you. Just give us
time to do our job. Order from ANY CATALOG, or from any ADVERTISEMENT and take 10% off
manufacturer's list price. Unlike ordinary hobby shops, we carry products from over
300 manufacturers. We automatically backorder unless you tell us not to, and our
computer order tracking system is one of the most reliable in the hobby.

Reservations
Today's best model railroad equipment and most of the finest books are made and sold
in limited quantities (runs). Early sellouts are the rule, not the exception. In order
to be sure you get something you really want, we urge you to RESERVE using our
bulletproof computer reservations system. YOU'LL GET IT FIRST. YOU'LL GET IT FOR SURE.
AND YOU'LL GET IT AT OUR GUARNTEED LOWEST PRICE!! As soon as any new model arrives in
our store, we set an in-stock price that is almost always somewhat higher than our

No deposits required with Autoship
When you specify Autoship, you pay no deposits. Simply provide your MasterCard or Visa
number. (You can also specify Autoship for all your regular and back orders, too.) If
you don't use Autoship, then we send a pickup notice when your reservations arrive, and
you have 15 days to pick up and pay for your models. Late pickups lose their reservation
discount, and may even lose their model.
